DELIVERY

We provide free delivery for orders above £50.00.

For orders below £50.00, our delivery charge is £2.99.

Our standard shipping time is 5-7 working days. For pre-orders, we will keep you updated once a despatch date has been confirmed.

All items are sent with tracking service.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been despatched. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your orders so if you need to amend your order, you must cancel the existing order and place a new order.

RETURNS & REFUND

We accept all returns within 14 days from receipt for a full refund of the items purchased (Delivery charge not included with the exception of damaged items). Items must be returned with its original packaging and must remain in a resellable condition.

In order to book a return, please contact us for a prepaid return lable. Once we have received the item(s) and the return has been processed, the refund will reach your account within 3-5 working days.

FAQ

It has been more then the quoted delivery time and the order has not arrived, what should I do?

Please check the tracking link sent with the order. If you are unable to track, or the tracking status showing delivered and you haven’t received the order yet, please contact us via email or contact form on our website. If an item is delayed or stuck in transit and you wish to cancel the order, please apply for a refund under our returns policy. 

My order arrives damaged, what should I do?

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that outside of this window, we are unable to process the complaint. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge with no incurring costs. However, we may not have adequate stock, in which case the customer can choose to wait for stocks to be replenished or apply for a full refund. We may require damaged items to be returned with a prepaid label.
